Dear Claire, just a quick note to say thank you so much for a great holiday in your villa. Sorry this is so late but i thought i had sent it before! We all loved the villa and the location..... i really miss that view!! and staggering back from the pueblo :)) The kids are nagging already to come back for another stay.... so who knows maybe we will be back sooner than we thought! We stayed at villa Roca and I wrote a review but couldn´t send it so I copied the text here. I gave it 5 stars!
We were 14 persons, 7 grown up, 3 teenagers and 4 children and we all had a wonderful week in this villa.
As we mostly had dinner at home we used all the facilities in the kitchen and the barbeque place. To have dinner on the big balcony in the evening was wonderful,
really nice view over Benalmadena!
The pool was especially loved by the children and the two cars were really useful for travels around to the beaches and other places.
The small village was nice to walk in but we only went to one of the restaurants, Manolo, and it had both good service and food.
I will recommend this villa to friends with big families who want to go to Spain.

Hello Claire! We just wanted to say thanks again for a wonderful time at the villa.... we really enjoyed ourselves and the villa is amazing! So glad we could walk into the Pueblo centre easily with the push chairs but also glad we had the mini bus to lug the shopping ( and wine!!) back to the villa. Can you let me know what the cost would be for 2 weeks in july or august 2012?? I know its a long way off but we don't want to miss out on the school holidays! Speak soon Mary

Hi Claire, we are back! although we would rather still be there!! Thanks again for everything! The villa was superb and having both vehicles included saved us a lot of money and hassle at the airport! We are now saving our pennies to come out again next year and will probably bring my parents as well.... haven't told John yet!LOL!! Hopefully see you soon Emily xxxxxx

Thanks for the villa it was perfect for us.
We cleared all our rubbish out only thing we didn't get round to is refueling the cars sorry about that, as we had , had a few drinks by the time i see your text and we left quite early this morning, obviously take for fuel out of the deposit.
Thanks again we'd love to use the villa again some time (if we're allowed!!) Matt

ia ve just got bk from r hols in the villa roca well we ave been bk a week but we oved it the views from the balconey was fantastic n the kids loved the pool xx

Mike says he has passed the details onto one of his work mates who wants to organise a Golfing trip in the winter and wants to know if the 2 mini buses would be included then as well? Great Place and Great service!! We had a superb time, the villa catered for all our needs and the pool was warm enough to swim any time day or night!! Now back in dreary old Blighty and saving up for next year!! Hasta Pronto!! Family Hobson

Hola Claire! Thank you again for your wondefull villa roca! We all enjoyed our stay completely, everything was great and fine including the weather. My friend says he is missing the heated pool already and we all miss the sunshine!! Maybe we see you again next year... I hope so! Greta

Thank you very much for a fantastic holiday, the villa was beautiful, great pool and facilities. There were 10 adults and 2 kids under 4 in our group and we had loads of room. The bedrooms are a good size and the living areas are well laid out. We stayed in the villa most nights and made BBQ's, the outside sitting areas were ideal for this. The villa is in an excellent area which is very quiet but within walking distance of the village. It also has great views and the 2 cars were ideal for us for day trips. Our favourite was Mijas, which is 10 mins away. Would recommend the villa to anyone and would hope to go back in the future.

14 of us aged from6 - 50 had a truly fantastic time at the villa. It certainly lived up to all our expectations. The villa, facilities and pool etc were great and Claire and Marc were really really helpful in both the planning and whilst we were there. We loved the Old Village and wandered down most evenings for a meal would recommend Nina's in the village. Were lucky enough to experience one of the festivals while we were there and followed it from the square, down the hillside to the park a great day. To sum up a brilliant holiday, great villa, tucked away from the usual "tourist - brits abroad" but good access to marina, nightlife etc

Well we said we would be back (see below) Yet again we had a great time, the villa is great a real home from home (actually prob better than home)and really spacious unlike most places you can hire. The free cars are really useful for trips out we did Gib, Mijas and Campinos this time. I think we might be addicted as we are already planning next year.

There was 14 of us in total and we had the most amazing time at the villa,it has everything you could ask for i could not say a bad thing about it.claire and marc was so freindly and helpfull.There was plenty to do, there was a few pubs down the road and plenty of resturants but if you are looking for something lively you have to get on a bus to bonanza square or the 24hr square wich is about 15mins away.we will def be going back without a doubt!! if you have any questions please just email me on gemma_moyle@hotmail.co.uk

Hi Claire,we had a wonderful stay at your Villa and we will recommend it to everyone.It was so nice to come and find so many things we had not anticipated on
(ie. toys for the kids to play with in the pool, wireless internet, movies to borrow). It was just as if we were at home but better as we were in Spain!It was a true pleasure to finally meet you after the year of planning. We hope to come again sometime in the future. Kirsti

Thank you so much for the holiday of a lifetime!! The villa is fantastic and ideally situated for everything..we could even walk to the village centre and stagger back!! The kids loved the heated pool, the trampoline, the pool table and the table tennis...we loved the view and the weather!! We will be back and have told lots of our friends about Villa Roca! D. Smith and G Forrest and kids!!

WOW what a Great villa, plenty of space, great views and fantastic quality. This is the best accomodation we have booked and we are going to book again for next year. Highly recommended and very good value

just returned after second visit, Mark and Claire (and not forgetting Claudia) were the perfect hosts. Villa is in an excellent location and is the perfect base to explore the vast costa del sol. Hope to return again, would highly recommend!
