We have 7 bedrooms sleeping up to a total of 16 adults and 2 infants. (N.B. Beds 15 & 16 are bunk beds). 2 bedrooms have king size beds, 2 have twins, 2 have bunkbeds and a single and there is a further double bedroom with a walk in wardrobe. Bed linen, hand&bath towel per visitor are available (beach towels on request) and if a mid fortnightly linen changeover is required there is a 120 euro charge extra.
On-site is free use of tumble drier, washing machine, and bbq.
A Free-play Pool Table, a Table Tennis table, a 8m x 4m heated pool, and air-conditioning at NO extra cost.
For 2007 onwards there will be 2 FREE vehicles for guests use for no extra charge!

The living accommodation is set out as follows.
UPPER LEVEL. 5 bedrooms, 2 doubles, 1 twins, 2 triples, 2 en-suite, 1 family bathroom with separate shower and a separate cloakroom. Air-conditioning now in 4 bedrooms. A large open plan living dining area with seating for 6 - 8 people inside and a further 12 - 16 on the terrace outside. A beautiful quality fitted kitchen with Miele appliances, dishwasher, steam oven, regular oven, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle etc.. etc.. if there is anything you're missing we will aim to get it for you (within reason!!) From the lounge are the double glazed patio doors leading out on to the terrace where the views stretch from Sierra Nevada, to Benalmadena port and around to Fuengirola port and out towards Gibraltar....on a clear day or night one can clearly see Africa on the horizon !...truly stunning and restful. To the side is another covered Terrace with a free-play POOL TABLE & TABLE TENNIS!
LOWER LEVEL a totally independent 2 bedroomed apartment with a good sized lounge/dining and kitchen area, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Also a family bathroom with bath and shower over. The doors from the lounge open straight out onto the huge terrace and pool area where one can find ample sunbeds and seating. The apartment has a small kitchen with microwave, hob and fridge freezer. (there is no oven or dishwasher in the apartment) and is fully kitted out as upstairs.
Outside is a further kitchen/BBQ area with sink and a washing machine and tumble drier. The HEATED PRIVATE POOL (in the winter) has lighting and easy access steps. There is also to the side a large grassed area with a full sized trampoline. To the side of the apartment is a further private terrace area which is cooler in the summer months. The apartment also has air-conditioning and heating.
The size of this villa lends itself perfectly for a couple of families upstairs and has the possibility for a set of grandparents (or 2) to stay downstairs and get a bit of peace and quiet......and is obviously ideal for Golfers as the Villa is centrally located for many of the Costa del Sol (Golf!) great Golf courses including Torrequebrada which is only a 5 minute drive away!

NB: For use of the vehicles and to comply with the insurance requirements (included), drivers must be over the age of 27 and hold a full, current driver license.
